2. Feedstock Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Coordinate with customers to arrange appropriate schedule for receiving product (naphta, propylene, LPG) in a timely manner.
• Control and set schedule for delivering related in-bound ships to ensure smoothness of in-bound process according to the set time frame.
• Coordinate with related party (Treasury & Suppliers) regarding payment of product including issuance of L/C to ensure timely payment to the suppliers.
• Control all goods delivery and receipt to ensure smoothness of the activities.
• Input purchase order to computerized system to enhance smoothness of work activities.
• Analyze any demurrage claims sent by counter party and ensure its correctness according to the event.
• Coordinate with export import team to obtain import permit to ensure smoothness activities
• Coordinate with transportation companies and Finance Department to ensure timely delivery of product to company.

3. Tank Yard Operator

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Operate daily work and assist in Tank Yard activity, including accept rundown from process, take sample from the tank, and maintain Tank Yard tools.
• Check the factory and tools that can impact the environment to prevent environmental pollution.
• Collect DCR report, near miss, etc., to give information to supervisor.
