Responsibilities:
- Allocate the production resource based on the schedule and control the production process
- Coordinate the implementation of resources, improve the production efficiency, and control manufacture cost
- Carry out the work with KPI project as the traction manager and process manager
- Continuously optimize management method and business skill
- Do a good job in echelon & humanistic construction and create a positive team atmosphere
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (Industrial Engineering or Management is preferred)
- Possess up to 2 years working experience in production management field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Understand the production process and lean manufacture concept
- Able to carry out management in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Understand the implementation of 6S
- Good at leadership, personality, and communication skills.
